Spring: 11/12/2024 - 02/03/2025 (New Incoming Spring ONLY)
Summer:
03/03/2025 - 05/19/2025 (New Incoming Summer ONLY)

To dis-enroll from NYFASHIP, students must submit proof of comparable health insurance coverage by participating in the waiver application process.
